Born in the San Fernando Valley and raised in both the Valley and El Salvador, Efrain comes from a family of hard working parents who believed in pursuing the American dream, and he has ensured that his parent’s passion continues to live through him. Efrain’s dedication to hard work comes from his service in the U.S. Marine Corps. His devotion to ethical standards and integrity are derived from over a decade of experience in Law Enforcement.
Efrain is extremely devoted to helping the local community, its citizens and is an outspoken advocate for Veterans and his values of God, Family, and Country are emulated in his daily life. A graduate of National University, Efrain holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Management with a Minor in Accounting and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Community Development. During his free-time, Efrain makes sure to always spend time with his wife, 3 kids, and 3 dogs, as well as volunteer with local community groups.
